Well if I'd known, I would've come and got some more days... I really missed my porridge and hot drinks this year!

(none of my boat seemed too keen on tea/coffee, I feel severely let down)

Gareth, while Rachel was on Jade (sorry for the mistake, Rachel - I saw red at this point and let off a remark at any porridge-harders that might be in the area), I never sailed on Jade all week, so 'was' is correct.
