UNR is standard Ubuntu with some extra drivers and an extra interface. It's still standard Gnome, so disabling the interface in Startup Options, adding an extra panel (and moving icons around on them) and enabling desktop effects in Appearance will give you a nice desktop switcher. You can install the advanced settings manager if you want the cube or other fancy stuff _________________ Why do things at the last minute? There's still 59 seconds you could wait around! |

Why?
Though this forum isn't exaltly bursting out of the seams with posts, nevertheless it could be more on topic. But Luke's netbook is pretty cool. |

| All this talk about ubuntu has resulted in the forum being fairly quiet of late... |

| The leader's meeting made me more excited about the cruise. And I'm on a decent boat this year! |

Stephen must have given Paddy a good bribe, as he's on Primrose (provisional at the moment, as is everyone's location) _________________ 'We demand rigidly defined areas of doubt and uncertainty' (HHGG) |

I don't think they've even decided which boats Pathfinders might be on yet, so no-one can tell you _________________ Why do things at the last minute? There's still 59 seconds you could wait around! |
